MarketingSherpa has teamed up with parent company MeclabsAI to produce a research study. We are granting ten AI engineering vouchers worth $5k each to eligible companies. The goal is to test this hypothesis: Companies can rapidly build and scale high-value products by properly combining AI agents with Human experts.

Research questions include:

• What is the ideal ratio between AI agency and human expertise?
• How does this combination shorten time-to-market? (Can a high-value product be built in under 21 days)
• Which knowledge assets (SOPs, checklists, templates, data sets) convert into high-value AI products with the least engineering effort?

We are accepting ten firms for this fully funded pilot. And this study will be published as a Marketing Sherpa Case Study.

Here is how it works:

1. Apply: Fill out the form on this page and our team will determine if your company is a fit (see eligibility requirements below).
2. Scope: Meet with a solutions architect to pinpoint a high-impact use case.
3. Build (up to 20 hours): Our engineering team prototypes and deploys your agent on MeclabsAI.
4. Launch & Sell: If you approve of the build, you can sell through the MeclabsAI platform.

Here are the official rules

1 │ Program Overview

The Product-Engineering Voucher (“Voucher”) is a conditional, high-impact incentive designed to help qualified MeclabsAI trial participants rapidly convert their intellectual property into a monetizable, Agent-powered digital product.

This Voucher provides up to $5,000 in engineering services from MeclabsAI, structured as a time-boxed 20-hour sprint.

2 │ Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following:

• Applicant must have an audience or client base (email list, community, productized service, etc.).
• Applicant must apply under a verifiable brand, agency, consultancy, or personal business identity.
• Applicant must be technically able (or partnered) to deploy the resulting product via embed or platform integration.

3 │ Voucher Value & Scope

3.1 – Face Value

• Each Voucher entitles the recipient to up to $5,000 in MECLABS AI engineering services, calculated at $250 per hour, totaling 20 engineering hours.
• This Voucher is valid for a single Product Build Sprint. It is non-divisible and may not be applied to multiple projects, deliverables, or extended timelines.

3.2 – Eligible Sprint Types

The Voucher may be applied to one (1) of the following:

• Expert App or Library Conversion
• Agent Embedding into ADS (agent delivery system)
• Workflow Orchestration via Workflow Builder

Sprint type is finalized during the 30-minute Scoping Call and locked upon signing the Statement of Work (SOW). Scope is fixed and non-modifiable once agreed.

3.3 – Time Limitation

• Engineering is delivered over a 30-day Sprint Window.
• No more than 20 hours will be provided under this Voucher.
• MeclabsAI reserves the right to mark the Voucher as redeemed when 20 hours have been exhausted, even if the product is not complete or enhanced to full vision.
• Requests for additional work require a separate agreement and billing arrangement.

4 │ Redemption Process

4.1 – Scoping Call

• Action: Book and attend a 30-minute Scoping Call with a MECLABS Solutions Engineer.
• Deadline: Must be completed within 14 days of voucher issuance.

4.2 – Statement of Work (SOW)

• Action: Execute the SOW and schedule the official Sprint start.
• Deadline: Must be completed within 60 days of voucher issuance.

4.3 – Sprint Execution

• Action: Engineering Sprint is delivered over a 30-day period or until allotted hours (max 20) are used.
• Duration: 30-day maximum delivery window once the Sprint begins.

4.4 – Expiration of Unused Hours

• Action: Any unused hours from the voucher will expire automatically.
• Deadline: Final expiration occurs 45 days from initial voucher issuance, regardless of progress.

5 │ Limits & Restrictions

• One Voucher per organization (including subsidiaries) during the Promotion Period.
• Non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or discounts.
• Redemptions are limited to 10 concurrent active Sprints; first-come, first-scheduled.
• No scope splitting, bundling, or extension across projects.
• MeclabsAI may deny or revoke a Voucher if eligibility was misrepresented or terms violated.

6 │ Expiration & Forfeiture

• Vouchers expire 45 calendar days from issuance regardless of usage.
• Unused hours expire at 45 days, with no partial refund or banking.
• Once 20 hours are delivered, the Voucher is fully redeemed, regardless of user feedback or ongoing product goals.

7 │ Publicity Consent

By redeeming the Voucher, the recipient grants MeclabsAI the right to use their name, logo, and anonymized project outcomes in promotional content or case studies. Written opt-out is available prior to project start.

8 │ Warranty & Liability

Services are delivered “as-is” on the MeclabsAI platform and subject to Meclabs Terms of Service. Liability is limited to the $5,000 Voucher value. No additional warranties are offered.

9 │ Modification & Termination

MeclabsAI reserves the right to modify these rules or end the program with 7 days’ notice. Changes do not affect active or previously executed SOWs.

10 │ Promotion Period

Valid for select trial accounts created between August 2, 2025 and September 30, 2025, unless extended or closed early by MeclabsAI.
